Qatar is one of the strongest economies in the Middle East with huge gas reserves and a position as the worlds leading exporter of LNG. The country aims to further strengthen its position as an LNG supplier by going in for an expansion of 60% over the next 7-8 years. The country is currently getting ready to host the FIFA world cup in 2022. In Qatar, Jotun has developed its business over time to reach a position of being the market leader in a highly competitive market.
In order to support Jotun Paints Qatar W.L.L.’s ambitious market growth plans, we are looking for a Customer Service Executive. The position will be based in Doha and will report to the Assistant Customer Service Manager.
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to both internal and external customers by processing, verifying, and monitoring the distribution of orders to ensure that a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
